Lifestyle photography is about capturing those moments naturally, at home, outdoors, or wherever life happens. No stiff posing. No pressure.
Whether it’s welcoming a new baby, spending time together outdoors, or documenting everyday family life, the aim is always the same, capturing your story as it unfolds.

For these sessions I spend 3-4 hours with your family while life unfolds naturally, playing in the garden, baking together, reading stories, heading to the park. No posing. No expectations.

I keep pricing straightforward so everything is clear and easy.
Whether it’s a wedding, an outdoor family session, an in-home lifestyle shoot, or a corporate event, the approach is always the same.
£250 per hour

You simply choose how much time you’d like based on what you want covered. (continuous hours)
Most lifestyle sessions last around one hour and include a gallery of approximately 50 hand-edited images.
If you’d like more time, longer sessions are always an option, perfect for a slower, more documentary approach where I can spend a morning or afternoon with your family.

Print.
Your memories deserve more than a screen. Seeing your photographs printed, framed, and living in your home is a completely different experience. That’s why every gallery includes a print store, along with beautiful bespoke products from award-winning professional print lab; Loxley Colour.
Because photographs should be lived with, not just stored in the cloud.
FAQ.
Neutral colours and simple outfits work best. Avoid big logos or anything too matchy. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable. For outdoor sessions at the beach (my favourite) White, Cream, Light Blue work best as it matches the tones of the scene. Also 99% of the time for beach shoots NO SHOES are required and expect to get your feet wet near the end so bring a towel, if the kids wanna get fully wet a change of clothes may be worth a think when you get back to the car. Any wet play will be at the end of the session for obvious reasons.
Just try to think about your scene/background when choosing clothing options.
- Woodlands: lots of dark browns, dark greens so wearing something light coloured will help you stand out on a darker background.
- Beach: As above, light pastel colours work best for the beach so everything looks similar tones.
- City/streets: Formal attire can looks classy or dress up like going for a nice meal out.
Not really. I’ll guide you a little if needed, but most of the time I’m simply capturing real interactions as they happen. If you need some gentle guidance that’s fine. If we end up with some posed shots I typically try to shoot through the moment to capture a more natural, relaxed expression.
If the weather is terrible we can reschedule. Unlike a wedding we can re-schedule for a nicer day which is always the preferred option. My gear is weather sealed but I don’t really want to take it out in the rain – it costs a lot of money haha. Also your paying for lush photos, why settle for a bleak day when a re-schedule to the following week for example will give you a hot summers day. win win.
You will use the official booking proposal I send you to book your lifestyle shoot. All Lifestyle and commercial shoots are scheduled to be payable on the day of the shoot via Bank Transfer. Please note: NO content will be delivered until payments have cleared into my bank account.
